  • Q: When my order will be ship?

    A: Once the order was placed please allow us 1-3 business days for packing and shipping.

    Q: How can I track my order?

    A: You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
    To Check Your Order Status:

    You will see the order history and tracking notifications for all the orders in progress.

    Q: Long time not updated

    A: For the parcels that have no logistics status update after one week of delivery, they may be problematic pieces, please contact us by email to check the logistics status.

    Q: Delivered but not received

    A:Please check first whether there is a parcel around the receiving address and whether it is signed for by a neighbor.
    Contact your local post office about the package. They can check with your mail carrier and find out exactly where he/she left it. (They also have GPS on their scanner and can sometimes access that info to see exactly where it was when it was scanned as delivered).
    If the parcel still cannot be found, please contact us by email and we will verify the status of the parcel with the logistics company and handle it after verification.

    Q: How to process a return and refund?

    A: The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
    To start a return or refund, you should contact us at support@starknightmt.com. We will help you solve the problem quickly.

    Q: How do I use a coupon code?

    A: Enter the discount code you get on the payment page. Each events or new release we will give you a exclusive discount code. Please sign up to recieve our lastest events.

    1) Please confirm your shipping address and billing address. We DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.

    Order Cancellation:

    Contact us if you need to cancel your order before the product has been produced or shipped. You will receive a full refund if the order is canceled. If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If it is not a quality problem, the shipped goods will not be canceled.

     

    Package Returned:

    In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
