Return&Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

We are devoted to making you feel comfortable and confident when shopping at StarknightMT. You can return any unused, new item within 30 days of delivery of your item.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

A. The claim is made less than 30 days after you received the goods.
B. All items are returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and hadn't resized or altered in any way.
C. We do not pay for the shipping cost of the return if the return is due to your personal reason including ordering the wrong item.
D. We will pay for the shipping cost of the return if the return is due to our mistake or product quality problem.
E. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
F. Please contact our customer service via email or chat for a return address.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Goods are not covered by our 30-day return or refund policy if:
A. The product serial number and product were not distributed by StarknightMT.
B. Goods have been worn and damaged, stretched, or contaminated.
C. Goods were damaged or worn out due to improper use.
D. Goods are returned without included accessories.
E. Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments.
F. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation.
G. Partial goods of complete sets are being returned.
H. The claim is made more than 30 days after you received the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Situations When We Refund

Product issues: If the item you received is the wrong item or the product has some quality issues. We will process an exchange or return request within Three-Seven business days.
Item out of stock: If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.

Shipping Fee

If you want to return an item with no quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
P.S. If the return is due to our product description being inaccurate, resulting in product incompatibility, incorrect functionality, or other related issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
