Handling Time

Once the order was placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping. (Except holidays)

If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Our Warehouses are located in CA, TX, NJ and Guangzhou. Delivery time depends on your location and our warehouse inventory management. Besides, we have FBA warehouse same as Amazon.

--US:3-7 business days (US Warehouse)

--US:7-12 business days  (Guangzhou Warehouse)

--Outside the US: 10-30 business days (Guangzhou Warehouse)

About Customs, Duties, & Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient. has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.


1) Please confirm your shipping address and billing address. We DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.
2) The phone number in case the courier company needs to contact you.
3) Business days are Monday to Friday; Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included in shipping days.

Shipment for an order with multiple items
We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.

Package Tracking

If you're tracking a shipment and haven't received any updates, it's possible that the carrier hasn't yet updated the parcel information. In this case, it's best to wait at least 2 more business days for the logistics company to update their database. Please be patient and understand that the process may take some time.

Order Cancellation:

After placing an order, our shipping system will be unable to accept any changes or cancellations once a tracking number is generated. For any modifications or returns, please refer to our return policy for more information

Contact us if you need to cancel your order before the product has been produced or shipped. You will receive a full refund if the order is canceled. If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If it is not a quality problem, the shipped goods will not be canceled.


Package Returned:

In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
