Order Status or Order Problem

Once the order was placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping.

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

To Check Your Order Status:

Go to the My Account page-->https://www.starknightmt.com/account/login

You will see the order history and tracking notifications for all the orders in progress.

For the parcels that have no logistics status update after one week of delivery, they may be problematic pieces, please contact us by email to check the logistics status.

If you track the number in tracking system without any result , it means we just shipped the goods within passed 72 hours in business days, the carrier has not yet updated the parcel information. At that situation, you might need to wait two more days until the database is updated by logistics companies. Please understand.

Please check first whether there is a parcel around the receiving address and whether it is signed for by a neighbor.

Contact your local post office about the package. They can check with your mail carrier and find out exactly where he/she left it. (They also have GPS on their scanner and can sometimes access that info to see exactly where it was when it was scanned as delivered).

If the parcel still cannot be found, please contact us by email and we will verify the status of the parcel with the logistics company and handle it after verification.
