The majority of models feature twin zippers. This means that the side window panels may be rolled up and held with straps, allowing for extra ventilation during hot weather without having to remove the complete cab frame.
Our soft upper doors are designed for tool-free installation with a heavy-duty strap system. They are designed to be compatible with the majority of original and aftermarket side mirrors. Simply fit the door around the roll cage and secure the straps to your existing mirror mounts.
The windows are made of PVC which is resistant to cold cracking and is highly transparent. This is not your typical vinyl that gets brittle in cold weather and turns yellow and deteriorates in the winter.
They are designed to work on most OEM and after market roofs. The top edge of the fabric folds in towards the roof line, so rain runoff is directed away from the cab rather than leaking in through the top of the door.
Rinse the zipper tracks with water to remove mud and grit so the zipper will run smoothly. Consistent application of a silicone-based zipper lubricant or wax will deter binding and prolong the life of the resin teeth in rugged off-road environments.
