Four Layer Design
①The 3211113 drive belt was wrapped with high wear-resistant nylon fabric on both tooth surface, which make less noise and improve transmission efficiency. ②Mid layer is high strength chloroprene rubber. ③aramid string cord plus another layer of rubber will prevent rapid breakage of the ATV UTV Belt.
No Slippery
Nylon fiber increases the friction between the drive belt and sheaves and improves its transmission efficiency, which is not easy to slip and can strengthen the service life of the sportsman drive belt and pulley, also giving it way more power to drive.
Strong Heat Dissipation
It was shown through tests that high strength chloroprene rubber of our rzr 800 belt is good resistance to grease, heat, and aging, providing you a safe and comfortable driving or racing experience.
